the rsc and abs lights keep coming.what do the lights mean

The vehicle needs to be scanned for ABS codes. This would let you know what is going on.

The alarm is also going off and dash says RSC service now and front left tire grinds

Could be a wheel speed sensor. Need to get codes pulled to verify.
