Once you fix a problem with a related code, then it needs to be cleared with a scanner. The voltage problem is usually the voltage regulator. May have to check that new alternator. And then you need a scanner capable of reading ABS codes to know whats going on there.

I have replace the speed sensor 3 times and after i erase the code, it comes back on, just before the code comes on, the voltage hits 19v and then the abs, brake, check engine and power steering comes on.

The car. The computer controls the charging system. Something not write. If you want, have the alternator tested, there is a voltage regulator mounted on the alternator. It should only be putting out 14.7 DCV.
