2008 chevy cobalt no crank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have power to headlights and running lights. I have no power to other instruments, audio system, windshield wipers, key stuck in ignition (I know how to get it out), and car will not crank. I have done the following; tested battery, checked 50 amp main fuse, checked all fuse to do with ignition or  cranking, tested and moved around relays with like relays in fuse box. Does anyone have any other ideas of what to check?

Battery has a full charge, batter cables/connections all good. Any electrical component, did you check voltage and ground. Applicable fuses, use a test light and check voltage at fuse. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on, check both ways, key on and off. I don't know if you checked voltage at the fuses? Name any component, I'll post a wiring diagram for that component, if my database has the diagram, then we can test voltage and ground circuits. Right now, I'm wondering about your ignition switch? Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction. Just my opinion.
