I have purcased a 2005 Altima on 08/07/2018 VIN: 1N4AL11E05C287475 from a certigied seller after communication through CarGurus. The odometer was 116.000 instead of 98.000 Unfortunayely even with a clean carfax record the hole bottom is totally rusted that mechanics say it can not go out on the road and is dangerous to fall apart. What are my options? Please advise ! My  number is 703 936 1693

Call up your DA or contact the DMV to report odometer fraud. Lemon laws don't cover used cars.

If you bought the car as is your options are few. I would pursue the altered odometer if you can prove it was tampered with.
