Misfire code P0300 on Dodge Ram 2007

After unplugging the top wire on the alternator my truck
start running perfectly is it caused by the alternator or that
wire feeds power to a sensor ?

not a good idea pulling the alt wire when the vehicle is running , what exactly is the problem ?

what is the code definition ? see if the injectors are firing normal , what do the plugs look like ?
