2005 Lincoln LS is there another shutoff for heater core

Asked by Larry Feb 28, 2015 at 09:54 AM about the 2005 Lincoln LS V8 Ultimate

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

As I stated before about the radiator and resavore being replaced and no
thermastat and the oil was checked to make sure that the head gasket did
not blow  the oil level is right and it is not milky looking and there are
absoulty no leaks yet I still have no heat in the car.I am a mechanic have
been for twenty years  but I specialize in the older cars and trucks and
have not kept up on the new stuff nor the computer controlled cars
act...so I appreciate the help that you offer .  Larry

Larry ,if the heater hose,s get,s warm when car has warmed up,check the blend door actuator at the heater box,may not be turning to the heat side.

All so,the heater will not heat up,with out the thermostat in it,
