How do you get the security lock passcode off

What is the number 2 fuse? The 2A fuse for the Pwr/whl? I managed to wiggle this fuse and a few moments later the anti-theft was triggered (horn chirped until it finally started honking). I was able to cancel it with the keyfob but does this mean the fuse panel is bad?
