Dash going off after car gets warm

After the car warms up and u stop at light or
sign when you take off the dash goes out the
Windows don't work the tail lights don't work
and sometimes the tans.will not shift. Now
sometimes when you hit the break to stop
everything goes back to work until u touch the
gas then off they go again but the car still
runs.
