I want to modify my selection, but your site will not allow this as it states I cannot change a description that does not belong to me. Just what in the hell does that mean when I opened the site and singed in with my name?

If you don't have an account with the site (i.e. a user name to sign in with), you may be encountering this message if trying to alter a subscription. In that case, your best bet is to unsubscribe from the current subscription and re-subscribe with your updated search parameters. Perhaps before you resubscribe, you might want to create an account so that you can go into your settings and manage subscriptions.
