Asked by Noah Nov 19, 2020 at 01:53 PM about the 2004 Jaguar XJ-Series XJ Vanden Plas RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I accelerate in my 2004 jaguar vanden plas (xjr), it
bucks/jerks/shifts hard. I don't know what it could be,
torque converter, bad Trans fluid, or what.

bad tank of gas can cause this as well try sea-foam in the tank. Never put gas in a car when a gas tank truck is filling the tanks of the station
