Btw i want all the best parts.

If it were me I would look at a 502/502 Factory crate motor. They also have a 572!

You will likely save a bundle by going with a crate motor and you get a warranty too! http://www.chevrolet.com/performance/crate- engines/big-block-zz-502-base.html

Because i want to build a 454 and convert it to a 496 stroker

The fuel injected 502 has more than 500 ft. lbs of torque from 2,750 rpm to redline!

I would bet that you will spend twice the cost of a factory crate motor on a custom job and you will have no guarantee on the motor. You will also have a hard time finding a first rate machine shop to do all the work but building an engine your self can be fun so Good Luck!

Yea but im gona find a 454 and build it

Have fun but price it all out first! Good luck getting the injection right on a custom engine. The Chevy crate engine is plug and play.

I love rebuilding motors

I just want the question answered

Oh my goodness i just need the wuestion answered.

No one is going to spend hours of research finding the parts for you. If you don't know where to start then I would suggest that maybe you are not ready to build a $20,000 motor. Shopping for the parts is half the fun anyway.

Oh my goodness i just need the wuestion answered. I want to know the best build for a #54

Define "best"? Titanium valves and connecting rods and an aluminum block and heads? Price is no object so you want to spend a $100,000 or more? 1,000hp? While you are at it plan on spending a bundle on your drive train as the first time you punch your monster motor there are going to be parts littered all over the highway.
