The LEDS are messing with the grounds, as the turn signals use the corner lamps as a part of the grounding circuit, the corner lights will not function as they did when they were 197 lamps, they will have to be wired separate so they only work as side marker lights.

How do I wire that?

You have to ground the corner lights, then run new grounds to each side for the front turn signals. That should separate the circuits, so you have side markers that turn on with the park/headlights and turn signals by themselves.

Alright thanks for the help
