Can any help me out?

My 94 chevy 1500 that I just baught the taillights are
aftermarket led and when I hit the brakes nothing happens
when I let off they flicker blinkers act like 4 ways and no
running lights

Did you install in line load resistors and or an electronic type signal flash relay?
