Truck turns over but will not start even with starting fluid

Asked by gun12345 Jun 14, 2020 at 05:25 PM about the 1997 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado Extended Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and the fuel
pump relay still want start. Checked where the fuel
pump relay plugs in with a test meter, on pin #85 it
was only get .20 volts when it should have been
somewhere around 12 volts. Does anyone have
any ideas of why this is.
