Chevy c/k 1500 skipping pretty bad

We have tried the spark plugs and all of the plug lines and
the distributor cap and roter. But it still has a pretty bad
skip and dont know what to do

How is the gear on your distributor if it is worn it could cause a skip some have roll pins and after years of running it could have some play in it
