when my truck locks in to fwd its fine untill i put a minimal strain on it then i hear a
grinding noise and it seems like it comes out 4wd.

It all depends where the grinding is coming from. Could be front axels, front differential, transfer case, front drive shaft. Those are where I would start looking

so the other day i moved my 1997 chevy k1500 in my driveway and put my plow on then let it run for a while. I came bacj to it about 30 mins later and it was dead. I tried to crank it but got nothing. after going over everything replacing coil icm ecm crank sensor cam sensor plugs wires complete distributer from cap to oil pump . I have spark but when it it reaches distributer i get no spark to wires. Any ideas? I have never seen this before, im at a loss, please help!! 7 Answers
