Any check engine light? Have you had it scanned for codes? Have you replaced any parts?

No scans yet ,the truck was running fine then I parked it for a few months.when I went to start it this what I got,let me get a scanner to check,no new parts yet, simply trouble shooting

Could be a bad cam or crank sensor, but I would scan if first before replacing parts.
