I have a 94 chevy truck and when it rains or roads are wet my truck cuts out runs bad trying to find out why thanks

I would start with all the connectors that are exposed to open road splash like fuel pump connectors and grounds, then move on up to body and chassis grounds then main bulkhead connectors for corrosion. HTH
