Ive had my 92 Caprice wagon in my garage 4 10
years.What are one of the 1rst things I should do to
get her started with out hurting the engine.And
also steps to get her back on the road.

I appreciate that! The car had no problems I had to go to prison and It just sat in my garage it only has 68,000 miles on it so I just want to get her started.So pretty much change the oil and get fuel system right.

Do as Ed says but also put some ATF in the cylinders to free up any rust. Turn it over without spark plugs for a bit before trying to start it to get oil circulating.
