Brake pedal fail

Ok was driving my car had brake pedal fade ,
no leaks , replaced master cylinder, bleed
system hard pedal , start car and pedal fades
down to floor , blocked both lines at MC start
car no fade , hooked up just rear line no fade
, hooked up both lines again and fades , then  
just front line hooked and back blocked
pedal fades , stumped
