heater not getting hot

95 buick lesabre custom. I had the timing chain replaced about 2 weeks ago,
Since then my heat is not getting hot. Have flushed radiator & heater core.
Have new water pump & thermostat. Checked all hoses to make sure their
in the right place. Checked blend door actuator. Everything is good so far but
still not hot. When heat is not running I can feel hot air at vent but as soon as
I turn heat or defrost on is gets cooler. Any help would be appreciated.

You might have the A/C on by accident and it will dilute the hot air. Also, during reassembly, the serpentine belt may have been routed the wrong way around the water pump pulley and now spins backwards, won't pump. Look for a belt routing label to confirm correct installation.

Might be air trapped in the cooling system. Top up the radiator and the overflow bottle a few times after it's driven.

Air only blows out of front vents (not from bottom heater or defroster) on 2002 Buick LeSabre I am only getting air to come out of the front vents of the dash. My blower speed works fine. I can switch it from hot to cold no prob.
