Car won't turn over.. Runs fine though no lights on

When I go to start my car it won't turn
over...it is not the battery because when. I
turn the key all lights come on windshield
wipers radio everything , however it won't
turn over unless it is jumped. Noticed that
when im driving the security light will stay
on. My key has a chip could there be in
issue with the security system and my chip

Just because your accessories are working does not mean that the battery can still have a bad connection enough for the accessories to work but not enough to crank over vehicle. Remove battery terminals and clean then reinstall.

do agree with @firebird, take off terminals and clean them in the ring that fits over the terminals, if that doesn't solve you're problem take the battery for a load test. if you jump and it starts its only that two things that could be the problem

we have this issue with a Hyundai Elantra yes it very well be the key or the FOB check with your dealer they are the only one who could help if it is

I had the same issue with my Hyundai the security lights wont stop the key was a replacement by title because original key and FOB was lost so had to see the dealer for a FOB replacement
