Convertible top won't go up

Question type: General

I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse. I push the
button for the top to go up and it just beeps. I hear
the motor but thats it. Please help me

Check to see if there's anything keeping the top from moving and if the tracks are connected to the top and the motor.
