The low side service port will be near the condenser (aluminum cylinder close to firewall on passenger side). Typically it has a blue plastic cap covering it to protect the port and its threads. The high side service port is typically found towards the front of the vehicle.

Condensers are the part that looks like the radiator & are out in front of the radiator, the round part near or on the firewall is the dryer. The colored caps are typically on the units that have been converted to 134. The old R-12 systems usually had black smaller caps.
