The fluid is water condensing in your exhaust and is completely normal. Water is formed during combustion in your engine and exits along with the other exhaust gasses. When it hits a cold metal part like your exhaust system, it condenses and drips down to the ground either at the tip of your exhaust or through a drip hole in the bottom of your muffler.
