i emailed the person 4 times about a car and no response? what should i do?

Ive told the person i wanna purchase the vehicle and recieved no resonse.

Is this a dealer or a private seller? If it is a dealer, stop by for a visit. If it is a private seller, ask them to call you ASAP. If you don't get a response, then maybe it is time to move on with your search.
