How many oxygen sensors are on a 2003 XL-7 Limited 2.7L ?

Service engine light came on at 86,000 miles. Error codes indicate oxygen sensors on both left and right exhaust manifolds. - Easy to see both upstream from cat. converters. - Is there a third upstream or downstream of the main C.C ?  Thanks.

Two upstream and two downstream
