changed the plugs now it seems to chug when reved

1994 chevy corsica v6.  Changed the spark plugs and air filter. Fuel filter seems clear. (removed it blew thru it no obstruction either way) Car starts and idles fine but when its reved up it seems to chug if that makes sense.
