1994 chevy caprice

I have a 1994 chevy caprice classic and im need
help, ok i can start my car and take off but once i
put some speed to it i hear a clanking noise, not all
the time just every time i start the car what could it
be ?????

Is it affecting the performance? If not, noise could be from a heat shield that rusted loose. Crawl under vehicle and look at exhaust system for loose mounting brackets too, in addition to things like a loose or broken air dam, inner fender, etc.
