Where is the HVAC drain plug located in a 2006 Legacy?

I wanted to drain the HVAC system in my car as there's some smell which comes in for a while when I turn on the AC.

What's the smell like? Moldy, I assume. If so, look for a product called "fridgy fresh". If memory serves, it is a 2 step product that eliminates the bad smell.
