Sounds like a starter or starter relay....

If I understand your post correctly you said intermittenly starts up so sometimes it'll start for you sometimes it won't if that is the condition and then previous person that said that it was a starter that's probably what it is sounds like, other than that could be a battery issue could be different things could be even your crank position sensor so its kinda hard to tell but most likely it might be your battery or starter that's where you want to start first check those two things good luck!
