When I turn on the headlights the fuse blows and I no longer have headlight or tail lights but the brake lights and turn signal still work. I even took out the bulbs and it still blows the fuse 1 Answer

my father decided to disable my truck because i went off on a tangent and when i got home he disabled it. i need it to find a damn job but he won't budge and won't either fix it himself or even help...
