what do i neeed to look for to fix a rough idle

I have already changed plugs, coil packs, radiator , water pump , left and right side cam pos sensors and still no luck.

Check for Vacuum leaks, and clean throttle body and idle air control of carbon. You can purchase some throttle body cleaner at any auto parts store.

Done with the stated issue has not improved
