clicking sound when trying to start my car

When I tried to start my car I just got a clicking sound when I turn the key in the ignition, after few minutes car started. The next day it seemed as if the battery was dying. I had to get a jump, car started right up. Had battery checked at local auto shop and was told the battery was good. Any Ideas?

Check the cable,s,may be bad end,s or cables,may be bad them self.

If not cable,s check the starter.

The common causes of this problem is that the battery cables connection are lose or corroded. Start there.

With winter coming put some grease on the exposed ends of the battery cables. That will help keep them from getting exposed to the elements.

I have a 2007 Acura TL Type S. It was used as a commuter car for most of the time and has over 180%2C000 miles on it. I went to start it the other morning and it would not start %28nothing happened. interior lights didn%27t turn on. no clicking sound. nothing%29.
