Passenger window will not roll down but all others will. We just hear a clicking noise

So if you hear a noise, then the motor must be working. Sounds like the window regulator needs to be replaced. A common issue on the Buick's like yours. You'll need to remove the inner door panel to replace.

Now front drivers window will only roll down about 3 inches, but has new motor and regulator.
