when I use the air conditioner water( plain water no scent or color) comes out of the front vent above my stereo. i first noticed static coming from my speakers when the stereo was on or off then later that day  the stereo worked, the next day a high pitched noise  only when on then water came out of the vent..the air is working fine... any idea what it is? est repair cost? is stereo ruined?  its a spec edition SE-R 1.8s

Possibly just condensation caused a a partially opened window. My truck does this when one of windows is partially opened while a/c is on.

i usually have window open a bit and/or sunroof open with a/c on.... hope this is all it is.

It probably is cause other than that there is not much of any way for water to get into the actual vents on the dash. My wife's car does the same when she has the top down.
