Problem with the voltage stability

Guys I have one more question. I have noticed that the lighting from from my car flicks some times and the check engine indication hads lights two times about the voltage stability. How can I resolve this problem? To install a voltage stabilirer or can I do anything else?

Sounds like the voltage regulator is misbehaving.
