No spark from coil pack

Ok, ive ben going thru my no spark problem and
foumd that its not only the cam, crank, plugs,
packs, nor computer; but also the knock sensor. So
be aware of this option also. Thx ben

If you have changed all these part,s and know that they are good,have you tried the ignition switch it self?All so check the fuel pressure on the truck,this will rule out the computer for sure,
