Get under vehicle with a rubber mallet , jar the lowest part of the gas tank while someone else try's to start truck, you will be haring the seized fuel pump. If the pump starts to run again and truck cranks or attempts to start, REPLACE THE PUMP WITH A ORIGINAL equipment pump

Jarring pump breaks loose seized overheated pumps due to driving around with low fuel in tanks. Gas cools And lubricates the pump
