i have a 2003 1500 and i have a hard time getting it started and when it is started it doesn't want to stay running,
also just recently i have replaced the radiator and someone told me i might have blown a
head gasket, could that be part of the problem?
Did you replace the radiator because it was running hot all the time? Did you drive it when it was over heating? If you did it a good possibility that the head gasket is blown.
Water in the oil is a dead giveaway. Are you getting any codes?
haven't checked any of that yet, just happened. so just check for water in the oil and if that's ok, what is your next suggestion?
Hard starting engine without being there is hard to diagnose without a code to pinpoint a particular problem, because the PCM relies on so many inputs from various sensors. It could be fuel delivery, weak or no spark at one or more cylinders? When was the last tune up on the truck?
