I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7L w/hemi it started this morning then died. Now it wont turn over. All the fuses seem good but I don't hear anything from the fuel pump and there is no fuel coming out of line when i tested it for pressure. What is wrong with it and how do I fix it?

i got a diagnostic check and it said code was for emission delivery issue
you seem to have water inside the fuel tank .. water kills the pump so quick .. or the fuel pump is dead already .. take an ameter and check the cables on the very side of the plug and let one of your friends turn ignition key to ON .. dont start the car .. your ameter should read 8 volts DC or higher .. if there is no readings ... check the relay.. relay might be dead as well .. easy problem .. i would recommend keeping the the old pump because you need to read fuel level ,, and inline an external pump .. in case it goes down .. changing it would take 10 min max. instead of striping the whole fuel tank down ..
