I have a 2003 ram just replaced the motor and trans. will not start up has a 10 sec delay

just bought this truck started just fine before the change.Now takes 10 to 15 sec. to start   
every time. replaced crank sensor?

Turns over but takes a few seconds to start? If so possibly fuel pressure regulator issues.
