Probably nothing at all.
As long as the engine RPM's were not excessive to damage the engine and indeed it was only a few minutes then nothing should have happened. Running in second gear can overheat the transmission and the fluid if it is done too long causing burnt band and clutches and premature seal failure due to the heat. If your concerned then service the transmission and add some Lube Guard for Chrysler transmissions. HTH
Trans should be fine ,especially as long as mph was moderate
I have a 2012 Dodge crew cab with a 5.7 Hemi it was making a loud ticking noise I took it to Chrysler and they change the exhaust manifold they said it was leaking and it was still making a noise after I took it from the garage
