my head lights turn on automatically and have no turn signal or brake light, possible problems?

All of a sudden my head lights turn on and i have no turn signals or brake
lights I do not know what is going on.  This all started with the windshield
wipers going out/stop working.

this is improper grounding of your battery...check the date of the batteries..10 years is the MAX before they stop accepting a charge...and tops get corroded and need to be wirebrushed clean to assure 40 or so amps can get through also the chassis ground and the motor ground ....both must be full strength...get a new battery...make sure the power gets through the battery connections~
