there is a special tool for the quick disconnect fuel lines. It slides into fitting to compress springs that lock it in place. As far as the electrical goes im not sure of the problem you are having. The only thing i can think of is if there is a small lock(normally blue or gray in color) that pushes through the side of the electrical clip. Good luck

You will need a fuel line disconnect tool. Most auto parts stores have them. The wire harness will have a plastic clip that needs to slide perpendicular to the wires before pulling the connection apart. There is a small flat on one end of the clip. If your not sure just ask the guy at the auto parts store to look at a new fuel pump. Then you can get an idea how they work without breaking them. Before you try to pull it out take some WD 40 and lube up the plastic connector. Then take compressed air and blow clean. This will remove dirt and debris that make it hard to pull out.

The electrical plug has a red tab on most. You will need a real short straight screwdriver, and maybe a little WD40 to pull red tab out enough to unplug it.
