If it just water and not coolant then it most likely just condensation build up in the exhaust system, I have noticed this on my rig when the outside humidity levels change, water will drip out of the tailpipe after sitting overnight. However if it is coolant and your radiator level keeps dropping then you have either a blown head gasket or a cracked cylinder head. Not all blown head gaskets will show oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil.

I think it's part of the combustion process . One old guy drove his truck 1/2 mile to work and his exhaust kept rusting out because it never got hot enough to get rid of condensation .

Beatupchevy is correct. The water is a direct part of the combustion process and if the vehicle does not get hot enough to vaporize the water that is generated, water drops will form as a component of the exhaust.
