I have a 1997 Dodge 4×4 with a 360 engine well I got water in the oil pan I flushed my block and also changed my oil and filter I flushed it out till there was no more water in my oil pan

How did you get water in your oil pan? If you drowned it a river or something like that you could have a lot of water still in the exhaust system. You better check all of your fluids ie rear end, tranny etc.
