my 1999 dodge sport 5.9l is burning oil and has lost its
power . and mpg dropped from 13 to 8 mpg

So the motor is worn out. Oil from Valve guides or piston rings.

or the crankcase vent system aka PCV valve is compromised. Vacuum leaks too? Check engine light on?
