Loss of oil pressure while driving

Replaced valve cover gaskets and now when I start
my 96 dodge ram 1500 5.2ltr the oil pressure is
good start driving and I lose oil pressure at around
2500 rpm and it doesn't come back up....oil level is
good dont know what to do....

Could be you have something blocking return passages in the head causing insufficient oil from getting back to the pan. Maybe some of the old valve cover gasket material got away from you when you changed the covers and has settled somewhere it should not be.
