I have a 1996 dodge 1500 with Magnum engine. Engine shakes while idling and shakes violently at 45 mph if slowily increasing speed but not when you seed up rapidly

Did plugs wires help? I know this is old thread but Im having same issue. Why shudder at only 45-55mph and not the whole drive range?

Hey that sound like my problem i put in four plugs and instslled a csm sensor it improved some maybe i need to chsnge all plugs oh and two coilsif i step onit it runs but cruseing 50 60 shakes
